Parents and guardians of students of Bethel Baptist College, the education centre where bandits kidnapped unspecified number of students in the wee hours of today .
Most of the parents could be seen expressing anxiety, anger and despair while enquiring about the whereabouts of their wards .
Some of the parents, especially the women were opening weeping as the call out the names of the sons or daughters.
Daily updates correspondent observed that security was heavily visible as a combined team of the Nigeria Army and Police were stationed at the school premises .
The Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Honourable Samuel Aruwan was sighted at the premises, commiserating with affected parents.
Residents of the areas surrounding the school said that they could not sleep last night as the bandits came shooting into the air for over 4 hours while carting away the students .
A source who didn’t want her name mentioned, said that it was like a scene out of a horror movie.
