The Minister of State for Defence, Alhaji Bello Muhammed Matawalle has expressed grief over autocrash incidence which led to death of Alhaji Sanusi Ahmad Lilo, a former Director General, Zamfara State Investment Company who died in an autocrash.
This was contained in a statement issued in Gusau by the Publicity Secretary Matawalle Political Standing Committee (MPSC), Malam Yusuf Idris Gusau.
According to the statement, “the Matawalle Political standing Committee under the leadership of Builder Ibrahim Isa Mayana has received with shock, the death of Alhaji Sanusi Ahmad Lilo, former Director General of Zamfara State Investment Company which sad incident occurred in an autocrash near Rigachukun along Kaduna/Zaria road on Monday”.
“On behalf of the Hon Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle, the MPSC wishes to condole the deceased’s immediate and extended families over this great irreplaceable loss.
“We pray Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest in Jannatu Firdaus and the family, the fortitude to bear the loss.
“Similarly, the movement sympathises with other victims of the crash especially the former Secretary to the Zamfara State Government SSG, Alhaji Kabiru Balarabe who sustained multiple injuries as a result.
“We wish them all quick recovery and pray Allah to continue to prevent such calamity ameen,” .
